All shipments, unless other arrangements will be done in Italy and Europe by carriers defined by the Derma Medical Group or its delegate examples ( BRT bartolini, DHL, TNT, DPS). In this case and only when it is charged the cost of shipping the goods travel at our risk. In the event of theft or loss, the Derma Medical Group is committed to send the same product and, if the same were to be unavailable or out of stock, ask the customer to accept an alternative product or a credit note will be issued for the product.

The shipping cost is always shown in real time while filling the order online, before sending the confirmation of the letter.

1 ) Consequence of products
Each shipment is carried out during working days and includes:
1a . address specified by the customer
1b . note / invoice , the goods ordered (the invoice will be included inside the package). Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

2 ) Delivery
The delivery times when ordering varierann or mildly from 2 to 5 working days depending on the locality, for ready goods and receipt of payment by the customer. Delivery is around 24/48 hours of receipt of payment or receipt of the receipt of the same. Orders will be processed only with goods fully available. There are up to two attempts delivery . 3 ) Checks

4 ) Warranty defective products
4.a – All products sold by Derma Medical Group are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty or guarantee of 24 months for defects of conformity existing laws (Legislative Decree 24 /02). In any case, the products must be used properly by the client and with due diligence.
4.b-The warranty applies only to the purchaser that the original invoice was issued.
4.c-The failure of the product must be reported in writing to customer service email (info@medicaldermagroup)
4.d- It is the responsibility of the Derma Medical Group to check the anomaly by the customer and perform the replacement or repair after the inspection. In case of unconformity of the product , Derma Medical Group will provide the costumer the restoration of conformity by repair or replacement at no cost. If as a result of the analysis the defect by the authorized service center should not be a lack of conformity, will be charged the costs of verification and restoration required by the authorized service center, as well as the transportation cost incurred by the Medical Derma Group (if supported).
To replace more than the defective product, it must be accompanied by proof of purchase, order number and date and description of the defect .
The costs of returning the product is to be paid by the customer.
4.g- If a package delivered by courier is damaged or shows signs of tampering or boxes/cartons or open holes, before signing the transport document to the carrier, the customer must be affixed to the same document, the word “reservation”. By doing so, found the real fault, you will have to pay damages.

5 ) Right of withdrawal
Under Dlg . 06/09/2005 No 206 “Consumer Code”, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of goods. To exercise this right, you must deliver the products in their packaging intact and in original condition along as specified here below in the manner of withdrawal.

6 ) Conditions of withdrawal
6.a- To withdraw from, the customer shall, within 10 working days from receipt of goods, Derma Medical Group to send a written notice with a letter of recommendation expressing the intention to withdraw the purchase. The communication can be anticipated in via fax to +39 0332 – 460767 or by e-mail confirmation provided by registered / not later than 48 hours. 6.b- Customer service of Derma Medical Group once received the notice of withdrawal, will proceed quickly to provide all necessary instructions on how to return the goods which must be received by Derma Medical Group no later than 10 working days , which will then charge back the cost of purchase no later than 30 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal and not before the reassignment of the returned goods.
6.c The costs of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
6.d- Any non-conforming product originality or damaged or incomplete or without the original packaging or used will not be refunded nor rejected but withdrawn to the customer. If the conditions set forth in the product above were also withdrawn from the warehouse will be charged management fees calculated based on the value of the product and the damage suffered from the same or from its packaging.
6.e- Exclusions: The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not referable to his profession.

They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases from retailers and businesses.

7) Jurisdiction and Venue this contract for distance selling is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

Any dispute relating to all translations or execution of this contract will be referred to the Court of Varese(Italy).
